The brake system is used to pressurize the tested brake during the test to generate braking force. There are two ways to pressurize, namely constant pressure control and constant torque control. In constant pressure control, the system takes the brake air pressure as the control target, detects the value of the pressure sensor in real time, and through the high response control of the proportional valve, the brake air pressure is always consistent with the set value. In constant torque control, the system takes the braking torque as the control target, detects the value of the tension and pressure sensor in real time and converts it into the braking torque, and through the high response control of the proportional valve, the braking torque is always consistent with the set value.
