Product Introduction
Hydrogen decompressor is one of the key functional modules of on-board hydrogen system. It is located in the hydrogen supply line of hydrogen fuel cell and can meet the needs of fuel cell stacks at different power levels.
The hydrogen decompression test bench is a special equipment used for hydrogen decompressor manufacturers or relevant quality inspection departments to test the performance and durability of hydrogen decompressors, and it is also an important testing equipment for hydrogen decompressors.
The test bench can test various performance indexes of hydrogen decompressor under normal pressure, 35MPa, 70MPa and extreme working condition of 90MPa, covering various working conditions of hydrogen supply system of current hydrogen energy vehicles, and carrying out the performance test items that must be verified in the development process of hydrogen decompressor.

Features
1) The main pressure control system adopts electric proportional valve control, with high control precision, fast response and stable performance;
2) The control software has complete functions and convenient and flexible parameter settings, which can meet the various test needs of users;
3) It has complete safety interlock, fault protection function, abnormal alarm function, and real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow and other information through industrial computer;
4) The self-developed special test software has two modes of manual debugging and automatic debugging.

System configuration: 1 independent test station + 1 high and low temperature test station
Control mode: manual/automatic
Measurement system function: measure the parameters of the test results (such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc.); measure the parameters related to the safe operation of the test bench; and can automatically process data, draw pressure curves, flow curves, etc., judge the test results, print test reports, etc.
