Unit Lubrication Test Bench

System Introduction

The transmission unit lubrication test bench can simulate the gearbox angle when the car is driving at different angles, and the internal lubrication condition, oil level, etc. can be observed through a specific casing; with the high and low temperature chamber, the high and low temperature performance tests of the transmission can be carried out.

The test bench can meet the test of most automobile AMT, AT, CVT, DCT and other transmission units, to help the R&D department optimize and improve the structure and performance of the transmission.

System Features:

Accurate drive speed regulation:

The drive motor has a wide adjustment range, smooth speed regulation, and high speed control accuracy;

The drive motor has the function of rapid acceleration and deceleration, and can perform SWEEP curve simulation.

High control precision：

Both directions (up and down, left and right) are controlled by servo motors, and the control position is accurate.

High measurement accuracy：

The torque sensor adopts a non-contact torque sensor with high measurement accuracy;

Equipped with a dual-axis angle sensor, it can accurately measure bidirectional angles at the same time.

Automatic test function:

Parameters such as angle, rotational speed, temperature, etc. to be tested can be input in advance for automatic test.

Compact structure:

Adopt integral profile welding base, high strength, compact structure, strong and durable.

Safety:

It has complete safety detection, alarm and protection functions (pressure detection, liquid level detection, blockage alarm, etc.); the optional mechanical protective cover is strong to ensure maximum safety.
