System Introduction: 

 

The differential is a key component in the power transmission system of a traditional internal combustion engine vehicle, and its design and manufacture are mature and reliable. However, in the face of the gradual application of electric drive and hybrid powertrains, the differences in operating conditions have brought new challenges to the design, development, verification and testing of differentials.

 

Based on the mature electro-hydraulic servo testing technology, TMC Solutions Automotive testing factory has launched torsional fatigue and impact testing solutions for differential assembly.

Different from the differential gear fatigue test implemented in the three-motor electric dynamometer system, the test system constructs a direct torsional drive through a torsional actuator, which is applied to the driving side and the driven side is fixed, and the test can be quickly realized with simple tooling. Simple and reliable, with high test efficiency; the test can also be carried out by linking the gearbox assembly with the tooling, and the temperature conditions of the oil can be controlled at the same time.

 

In terms of hardware, the company's newly developed DVRA series of high-performance swing actuators are used as actuators to effectively improve the performance and life of the loading motor; With the company's MCSC series servo controller, the impact test process can be accurately controlled, and the test results of reliability can be brought to users.

The tooling can be individually designed for the differential assembly or the transmission assembly to achieve testing;

Can realize forward drive or wheel end reverse impact test;

The bench can expand the torsional fatigue test of shaft parts, and maximize the efficiency of laboratory resources.

With complete safety detection, alarm and protection functions (pressure detection, liquid level detection, blockage alarm, etc.);

The optional mechanical protective cover is strong to ensure maximum safety.
