Product Capability

 

The test load simulates the actual or artificial test road spectrum through a set of hydraulic servo actuators in the manner of tire coupling, and conducts endurance fatigue and vibration tests on the vehicle and its assemblies and subsystems. At the same time, the motion situation of the user's road or proving ground is reproduced on the test bench by using the remote parameter simulation technology.

By using this test system, it can be equivalent to replace the vehicle on the test track to test and evaluate the durability performance, while ensuring the reliability of the vehicle, it can shorten the development cycle of the model.

◆ High precision: High precision of road spectrum reproduction, RMS error of road spectrum reproduction is <5%, peak-to-peak error is <5%, which can restore the actual road conditions most realistically; The actuator valve block is equipped with a flow selector, which can automatically switch between large and small flow; the large flow is used in the durability test, and the small flow is used in the NVH abnormal sound detection test to ensure the test accuracy.

◆ High response frequency: The frequency band of road spectrum reproduction is up to 100Hz, the maximum speed of the actuator is up to 4m/s, and the response frequency performance is excellent among the products of the same category.
