Introduction to the Test Bench

 

The recirculating ball steering gear test bench developed by TMC Solutions Automotive Testing Factory is suitable for performance and durability testing of recirculating ball steering gears of various models.

 

Recently, TMC Solutions Automotive Testing Factory proposed a new test solution for electric recirculating ball steering gear and electro-hydraulic recirculating ball steering gear.

Integrating the company's high-performance electro-hydraulic servo controller: The static pressure support hydraulic motor independently developed by TMC Solutions Automotive Testing Factory is used for loading, which can realize high-frequency road spectrum loading and stepless adjustment of the load;

 

Two loading forms of constant torque and constant force can be realized: loading accuracy ≤ 0.5%, and the maximum loading torque can reach 12000Nm;

 

Wide coverage of specimens and high compatibility: performance and durability tests of four types of recirculating ball steering gears of mechanical, power cycle, electro-hydraulic and EPS can be performed;

 

Accurate measurement data and high repeatability: After years of technical precipitation and market experience accumulation, the iterative test solution has been continuously optimized, resulting in more accurate measurement data, high repeatability and stable performance;
