It can complete the power steering cylinder fatigue durability test, power cylinder leakage and pressure performance test , and can be applied to the inspection and testing of construction machinery oil cylinders within the scope of testing capabilities.

 

The power steering cylinder comprehensive test bench is another product upgrade iteration of TMC Solutions Automotive Testing Factory on similar equipment. This upgrade covers the entire test system in hardware and software, enabling the test rig to be controlled and tested more precisely.

 

Hardware: The company's latest research and development of silent hydraulic oil source and hydrostatic bearing hydraulic motor are used as important components; On the basis of the original linear loading mode, the motor improves the loading mechanism of the DUT, which can realize the simulation of real vehicle assembly and perform swing loading.

 

Software: With the support of upgraded hardware, the software control system can control the load of the DUT more precisely; The test bench can be mechanically locked at any position, and equipped with a high-precision flow sensor, the test of the leakage of the booster cylinder is more accurate and convenient.
