System Introduction
The drive shaft mechanical seal test system (also known as "square machine") developed by TMC Solutions Automotive Testing Factory includes electric drive system, mechanical seal loading system and hydraulic power source, which can complete universal joint, spline wear fatigue test and drive shaft fatigue life test .
This year, TMC Solutions Automotive Testing Factory has carried out a comprehensive technical upgrade to the mechanical seal test system of the drive shaft, optimized the design of the hydraulic loader, adopted the company's latest research and development of hydrostatic bearing technology, and improved the sprocket wear test drive device, which can achieve highly dynamic motion process.
The newly upgraded system is driven by an AC variable frequency motor and loaded by a hydraulic loader. The advanced test software can accurately simulate the working conditions of the drive shaft on the vehicle through parameter setting. And the loading accuracy is high, and the durability test of four specimens can be carried out at the same time.
