The three-axis steering system test bench is mainly used to carry out the comprehensive performance and durability test of the rack steering system. By simulating the installation of the steering system of the real vehicle and simulating the load on the steering system on the road of the real vehicle, the comprehensive performance detection of the steering system of the passenger car is realized.
This equipment can test and evaluate the early structural durability, abnormal noise and functional characteristics of the steering system and its components. It can also effectively shorten the research and development cycle of the steering system and improve the research and development quality of the tested products.

Currently, there are two versions of electric loading (SSP&N-3-200-25-E) and hydraulic loading (SSP&N-3-200-25-H) for users to choose from. Hydraulic versions feature high-performance hydraulic swing actuators, and electric versions feature advanced electric servo loading.

Main Test Contents
It is mainly divided into steering gear performance test and steering gear durability test.
Performance tests include: current characteristic test, no-load torque, function test, efficacy measurement test, sensor signal characteristic test, input and output torque, torsional stiffness test, etc.
Endurance tests include: forward drive endurance test, reverse fatigue test, bottoming test, etc.

Real car simulation
The bench is arranged in a double-column structure, which can restore the layout of the real vehicle; the loading adjustment device can adjust the knuckle height, knuckle angle and knuckle length of the mechanical steering gear loading device, which can completely simulate the installation state of the real vehicle.
Strong testing ability
- The output loading unit can use two different output methods, the power combination of the motor speed reducer and the hydraulic motor, and configure force sensors with different ranges;
The form of hydraulic motor can realize high-frequency loading and iterative road spectrum, which can cover the test range of the test piece to the greatest extent;
- The bench can be equipped with temperature control related auxiliary equipment such as high and low temperature environmental box, with -40~150℃ test ability;

The bench is equipped with a leading high-precision torque sensor and can be equipped with a dual-range measurement module to further improve the test accuracy. At the same time, the RMS error of road spectrum reproduction is less than 5%, and the peak-to-peak error is less than 5%, which can restore the actual road conditions most accurately;
