By simulating the process of starting, driving and braking of the actual vehicle, professional tests such as running-in, efficiency, thermal decay, and wear of the assembly are carried out to test the performance status and loss of the vehicle during the driving and braking process, so as to understand the quality of the tested product. This inertial test bench meets all certification requirements with simple operation to develop braking systems and their components in compliance with current testing standards.
In addition, the test bench can set the speed, wheel rolling radius, target inertia, braking pressure, braking torque, braking initial temperature, cooling wind speed, the number of test cycles and other test parameters, and then automatically run according to the set parameters according to the set steps, and test the speed, actual simulated inertia, braking pressure, braking torque, braking temperature, braking time, braking deceleration and other test data.
