CPVF Servo Mute Pump Station

TMC servo oil source is an independent hydraulic power unit and provides pressure oil to the system. It is applicable to all kinds of hydraulic machinery with the main unit separated from the hydraulic pump station. 

The user only needs to connect the oil source with the main unit so that the hydraulic machinery can realize the corresponding process action. 

The servo oil source can provide the flow and pressure according to the change of process action, especially applicable to the occasions with periodic changes of the production process.

The plunger pump and internal principles are different according to different flows:

(1) 500/400/300/200: Rexroth variable piston pump, the gear motor and vane pump are used as the internal circulation pump unit;

(2) 100/050/030: Danfoss variable piston pump and series pump gear pump are used as the internal circulation pump unit.

◆Operating Environment 

Linear Actuators with Polymer Bearing

TMC linear actuator with polymer bearing is applied to the cases with reliability and safety. Series of products have built-in displacement sensors with strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy and high reliability; the piston rod is supported by low friction polymer wear-resisting ring with high sealing and wear-resisting ability, long service life and low maintenance cost.

◆Linear Actuators with Hydrostatic Bearing

TMC lateral load performance, has two series of RDH and FDH. The series of products adopt special static pressure support mode with the advantages of low friction and high dynamic response performance. The use of special surface treatment for the piston rod further improves wear and can extend the service life and reduce maintenance requirements.

◆Swing Motor

TMC swing motor applies torque to the part under test by completing a high-frequency reciprocating swing. The series of products adopt the non-contact angle sensor imported from Germany and has the characteristics of long service life and precision grade up to ±0.1%FS. It can be equipped with static pressure support and static reaction seat.

◆Digital Controller

TMC digital controller is a highly integrated and modular real-time control system and can meet the different test application requirements through the flexible configuration of 1-64 channels, realizing the real-time and accurate collaborative control of the electro-hydraulic servo  or electric servo system.  It contains a variety of sensor signal conditioning modules and high-resolution data acquisition system with a settable sampling frequency.

◆Oil Eliminator

TMC multi-function hydraulic oil distributor can be used in parallel for large pump stations in parallel to ensure large flow on the channel. It consists of advanced cartridge valve and solenoid group valve for soft switching between high and low pressure; it is equipped with a filter to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. Besides, it has independent slow rise and fall function to reduce the impact and noise of the system.
